Garena has officially announced Palworld Online, a mobile survival adventure MMO based on the Palworld universe and developed under an official licence from Pocketpair. The game is scheduled to launch on iOS and Android in 2026.
Developed and published by Garena, Palworld Online will bring key features from the PC version of Palworld to mobile devices. These include exploring a vast world, capturing and raising creatures known as “Pals,” gathering resources, crafting items, and building bases.
However, the game will not simply be a direct mobile port of the PC version. Instead, Palworld Online will expand the experience into an MMO featuring a new setting, an original main storyline, and additional side stories created exclusively for this version.
Explore an Open World and Capture Pals
Players will travel through a seamless, interconnected open world, exploring new areas, discovering hidden treasures and story clues, and facing various challenges throughout their adventures.
In addition to capturing and raising Pals as companions, players will be able to unlock new regions across the map and experience exclusive stories and side quests created specifically for the mobile game.
Team Up with Friends in PvE and PvP
Palworld Online places a strong emphasis on cooperative play. Players can meet others throughout the game world, form groups, establish communities, build shared bases, and participate in both cooperative and competitive activities.
Features initially revealed by Garena include PvE encounters, cooperative battles against open-world bosses, hunting for rare Pals, and PvP matches. Players will also be able to visit other players’ bases and explore their settlements.
Build Bases, Craft Items, and Put Pals to Work
Survival and base building will remain central parts of the experience. Players can work with friends to establish a home base, expand structures, craft equipment, and develop their settlement into a shared hub for the entire team.
Pals can assist with different tasks around the base, including producing resources, performing daily work, and defending the settlement. This allows players to divide responsibilities and manage their community together in a shared online world.
Controls Designed for Mobile Devices
Garena says Palworld Online is being designed specifically for mobile play, featuring a streamlined interface, touch-friendly controls, and optional one-tap functions.
These features are intended to make base planning, construction, building relocation, and Pal deployment easier to manage on mobile devices. The game will also be optimised to run across a wide range of smartphone specifications while retaining the depth of its gameplay systems.
When Will Palworld Online Be Released?
Palworld Online is scheduled to launch on iOS and Android in 2026. However, Garena has not yet announced a specific release date, a pre-registration schedule, or the complete list of countries and regions where the game will be available.
Although Garena is developing and publishing the game, a dedicated Thai server has not yet been officially confirmed. Players should wait for further information through the game’s official channels.
